**Stir-fried Kana Moo Krob

(Crispy Pork with Chinese Broccoli)**



The name of this dish is the Thai special. It’s very easy to make. You need some crispy pork , Kana (Chinese Broccoli), some pepper, some sugar, some fish sauce, some oyster sauce, olive oil and garlic.


Ground the pepper and garlic. Heat the oil in a flying pan and then add the grounded pepper and garlic. Then throw the crispy pork in the pan and cook for 30 seconds. Then add 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce. Cook for 30 seconds and add Kana(Chinese broccoli). Then add 1 tablespoon of water. Cook for 1 minute and stir fry until the pork is heated through and the morning glory is nicely wilted. Finally plate it up with some rice and it is ready to eat! ^_^
