Korean Kimchi recipe

Ingredients : Cabbage, Garlic, Ginger, Red pepper, Salt, Sugar, Shallot, Fish sauce, radish etc.

First, cut the cabbage into 2 pieces. Then, put the cabbage in water, and sprinkle some salt. Cook the cabbage for 5 hours. Third, wash the salted cabbage, and put it in a basket, and drain the water. Fourth, put the red pepper in warm water, then put in the fish sauce and reddish mix. But, only with salt. Add the crushed garlic, crushed ginger then mix. Next put in the cabbage mix. Finally, serve on a dish.
